Last weekend I took a risk with my final exams and spent the night in Italy. Chef Dave Abella, a family friend, offered to cook dinner for our family while teaching an amateur "chef" his theory behind the culinary arts. As illustrated in the photos above, I learned more than expected and ended the evening with a glass of wine in "Little Italy" otherwise known as our back patio.
Tips to Remember:
1.) Taste everything
2.) Buy GOOD olive oil
3.) Pasta is always good with butter and cheese
